"I just had to review this place. I don't normally review places, but honestly, I felt compelled to do so here. I hope that this review can get published somehow so that many others can know about this place. I have been having stomach problems for a long time and have seen a few doctors about it. Usually, they want you in and out and don't really seem to care as much, aside from one other place I knew in Pennsylvania. It is so hard to find a doctor who will talk to you like a human, but these people surpass that all.

I felt like the receptionists, the assistants, the people doing my endoscopy, and even the person who got me situated before and after the procedure and led me to the bed to change, cared a lot for the people there. There was a small wait in the waiting room. It literally took them longer to get me from the bed to the OR, and that was because they were caring for others, and even this was not too long.

Dr. Allen,

In late December, I experienced severe abdominal pain for several days. I thought I had developed a G.I. problem of some sort. I called your office on the morning of December 28, explaining that I was experiencing severe pain. An appointment was set for 2:30. Later, your office called to see if I could come in right away. I arrived just before noon. You spent time reviewing my records and a good deal of time discussing the situation with me. You even completed a quick physical exam. You wisely suggested a CT scan, and Carmen arranged it for later that afternoon.

While none of this eased the pain, it did give answers. My non-Hodgkin's lymphoma was back, and tumors were causing the pain. This helped get the ball rolling much faster with my oncologist. I want to sincerely thank you both for your excellent care and concern. You both displayed the best of what the medical profession should be, and I will always be grateful.
