Guatemala Kimble is a certified family nurse practitioner who joined Arizona Gastroenterology in 2018. With more than 25 years of experience in respiratory care and nursing, he focuses on patient-centered care and a high-quality patient experience.
Mr. Kimble earned a certificate in respiratory therapy from Northwestern University in 1986, then began his clinical career as a respiratory therapist at Harper Hospital and Children’s Hospital in Detroit. He earned an Associate Degree in Nursing from Oakland Community College in 2006 and worked as a registered nurse on the pulmonary unit at Botsford Hospital in Farmington, Michigan, beginning in 2008. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Oakland University in 2013 and his MSN as a family nurse practitioner at South University in Novi, Michigan, in 2015, becoming board certified in 2016. He also holds Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications.
